Hi! My name is Addie and I'm the pharmaceutical researcher. Here are some of the websites I have discovered: Kids Health, Medical News Today, Mayo Clinic, and Society for Vascular Surgery, which Buzz (one of my partners) had found and I used the information. First, Kids Health is a very helpful website that has a simple way of saying definitions and the basic facts I need about hyperlipidemia. Second, Medical News Today has a decent amount of information about medications for hyperlipidemia. Next, Mayo Clinic has lots of information about the causes, symptoms, dignosis', and treatments. Lastly, the Society for Vascular Surgery has imortant information on hyperlipidemia, yet the information is short in my opinion. I'm exploring medications for hyperlipidemia, and I'm looking for basic facts about hyperlipidemia. My goal for the week will be to find the main medications and start to generate some ideas for a medicine that will help/prevent hyperlipidemia.

Hi My name is Buzz Oertel and I am the Health reporter. I have discovered some really great information about my disease (hyperlipidemia) from some really great websites. My favorite website so far is Vascular.org because I feel like it gives me a great sense about my disease. Vascular.org does a great job explaining the causes, symptoms, diagnosis, and treatments for hyperlipidemia. I also have used WebMD, and MedlinePlus. WebMD does a great job of explaining what is happening your body when you have Hyperlipidemia. MedlinePlus does a great job explaining what cholesterol is. We need to know about cholesterol because when you have a high amount of it in your blood you may be diagnosed with Hyperlipidemia.

Hey guys! I’m Jack and I’m the dietician and the biotechnologist. I like to go to http://webmd.com to do my research. It has detailed but not too detailed. It is easy to understand. It has information about the causes, solutions, affects and more.
