My favourite day of the week is Saturday, because it's the weekend.
I usually stay in bed untill 10.30. Then I have breakfast and read the newspapers.
After breakfast I often go to my parents' dacha near Lutsk, especially in the summer.
Dacha is a Ukrainian word for a house in the country.
It's a place where you relax and forget about everything.
My mother normally makes a big lunch.
After lunch we play cards or read. My parents sometimes go for a walk, but I don't go with them.
I don't like walking or doing exercise!
In the evening we often invite friends for dinner.
In the summer we eat outside and people usually start singing and dancing.
We never go to bed before 1.00.
Nobody works on Sunday morning!

This is a photo of my friend, Lilia.
She’s 34 and she’s Ukrainian. Lilia lives with her husbund an a son in Kyiv. Lilia has curly brown hair and grey eyes. She’s quite tall and thin.
We studied together at university.
Lilia’s an administrator in a big company; she organizes seminars and talks with different people at work.
My friend’s well-bred, intelligent, and always smiles.
Lilia loves painting and listening to music and she likes going to concerts. She paints beautiful pictures very well, but can’t play any instruments. She hates three things - doing sport, going shopping and cooking.
I like her because she always supports me, when I need her. Lilia likes sweets. So we always go to the coffee house, and then order brownies and tea.She’s my best friend!!!

Last summer in July my wife and I went to Koblevo, it's near Odessa.
Our journey was by car, I love to ride by car. We stayed in a comfortable and inexpensive hotel not far from the center of entertainment resort Koblevo.
During our vacation we swam a lot in the Black Sea, sunbathed, walked along the beach, took photos and enjoyed every day. In the evening we returned to the beach and we had dinner at the restaurant which is called “Glechik” it was the best at the beach and also we enjoyed the sunset with a glass of wine to the music of the restaurant. After the restaurant we walked along the waterfront or sometimes we went to a disco club.
This is the place where people can enjoy the Black Sea. Koblevo is 550 km from Kyiv.
We didn’t have any problem during our journey. All was great.
We had a great time in Koblevo.
Then we rented a small house. There was a large bedroom, also there was a sofa, a table, a conditioner and a bed. There was a wardrobe and fridge in the hall but there wasn’t a TV, a mini-bar. There was a toilet and a shower in the bathroom.
We didn’t cook meals because we ate three times a day in the canteen. There was a large kitchen with a cooker, a large fridge and cupboards. We had a good meal in our canteen.

We are having a great holiday in Lviv. We arrived three days ago and we are staying in a small hotel called "Stariy Krakov" in the city center.
Yesterday morning we went to see the city center, we visited a lot of different local cafes, restaurants and also the town hall, church and other sights.
At the moment we are walking through the city and taking pictures. There are wonderful squares and monuments.
There are lots of nice restaurants where we usually have dinner in the evening.

I am going to make my favourite sandwich for lunch. So I need: some white bread, some meat or sausage, some/a tomato and cucumber, some cheese and mayonnaise.
1. Cut a piece of white bread
2. Put some mayonnaise on the piece of bread
3. Then put some meat or sausage on the mayonnaise, put a piece of tomato and cucumber and then put some cheese on the vegetables
4. Put the sandwich in the microwave for 2 minutes
5. I am going to eat the sandwich with tomato juice.
Very tasty!!
