 1. Health Design Challenge (January) 

Students will be challenged to design a prototype, health article, meal plan, and demonstration regarding one of five health-related case studies: Diabetic, Celiac, Hyperlipidemia, and Tri-athlete with anemia, and Cystic Fibrosis.
