I have discovered Urban Tastebud and Celiac Disease Foundation. The website Urban Tastebud tells you what foods are gluten free and what brands are gluten free, this is extremely helpful for me becasue I am the dietician. The foundation Celiac Disease Foundation has given me a lot of important information facts and information on Celiac Disease, this is overall is helpful for me and my group. Is the cure for Celiac Disease the same cure for people who are gluten free? Who and when discovered Celiac Disease? My goals for the week are to research more about this disease and to continue looking for foods that are gluten free.

I found http://foodsafety.neogen.com/en/reveal-3-d-gliadin#video it is the website where I found out how to make the gluten thermometer work. I was wondering how to keep the solution cold all day when people are carrying it around all day? I have also found https://www.webmd.com/digestive-disorders/celiac-disease/celiac-disease-what-happens. It is a website that tells you how gluten can effect your body if you have celiac. Two website i have found useful for research are Mayo Clinic and celiac disease foundation. On Mayo Clinic i found information about the overall disease and how it neutralizes the villi and causes them to not be able to absorb energy. On the celiac disease foundation site i found more on the overall disease, but i also found more on the symptoms from the disease. Is anyone attempting to find a cure to celiac? If so, what are they doing to stop the disease? My goals for this week are to finish researching and start brainstorming and creating the "cure" for the disease.

Hi, My name is Katya.I'm pharmacist.
I found treatment for celiac:
Currently, the only treatment for celiac disease is lifelong adherence to a strict gluten-free diet. People living gluten-free must avoid foods with wheat, rye and barley, such as bread and beer. Ingesting small amounts of gluten, like crumbs from a cutting board or toaster, can trigger small intestine damage.

Hi from Ukraine, Kyiv. My name is Elizaveta, I'm biotechnology engineer
Food allergy is an allergic reaction of the body after sometimes ago you have meal or food.
About 20 per cent pf people in Ukraine have food allergy.
Most often allergy starts after products like this: fish or fish products, nuts, eggs, some people have an allergy for honey or milk.
How to find that you are having an allergy? There are special tests for this. Doctors make scratch on you skin, often on your hand, put different allergens and wait for fifty-twenty minutes. After that they look at the reaction and make results for you.

my information was taken from this site: http://zdorovja.in.ua/xarchova-alergiya-simptomi-likuvannya and transated for myself.

Rather interesting information.
A good idea to have a test.I would do it myself, because sometimes i feel scratching on my skin.
If we work on the problem at our lessons, more people will take care of themselves.
Thanks for everybody, who gave important information.

Hi, my name is Olya, I'm dietician.
I wanted to know more about celiac and so find this site: https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/celiac-disease/symptoms-causes/syc-20352220that
I have learned that there's no cure for celiac disease — but for most people, following a strict gluten-free diet can help manage symptoms and promote intestinal healing. The signs and symptoms of celiac disease can vary greatly and are different in children and adults. The most common signs for adults are diarrhea, fatigue and weight loss. Adults may also experience bloating and gas, abdominal pain, nausea, constipation, and vomiting.
